Enjoy this introduction to the culinary culture of Greece and Crete, discover the street food culture of Chania and participate in a cooking workshop preparing traditional dishes.
During our one day Gastronomy Course you will meet up with our resident chef in the morning who will talk you through the basics of Cretan Gastronomy as you stroll through the market and shops in Chania. You will discover the local signature products and have the chance to sample some of the local delicacies.
Then, for the afternoon you will make your way to The Olive Farm to participate in a cooking workshop, a hands-on informative cooking experience. You will prepare traditional dishes using only local and seasonal ingredients and enjoy a full meal under the olive trees.
